September 1, 2020 SIPRI started to use Maconomy, an integrated financial system for project planning, financial reporting, travel claims and reporting on allocation of time in projects.
The new system meets several of SIPRI’s needs including the GDPR directive on handling personal data, our own financial management needs and the demands from donors in terms of efficient management and reporting on grants.
In the sub-headings you will find useful instructions, manuals and tutorials for the system and the latest link to download Maconomy to your computer.
There is also a link to the new web client which is possible to use for time and expense registrations.
The web client (WC) will be standard from 2026.
There is also a possibility to report your time sheets on you phone.
