How to change a time sheet
You can only correct time sheets in a present or future month, (if you have registered time sheets before hand).
Mistakes made in closed months are not possible to change.
Submitted time sheets = These you can change yourself. Just place the curser where you need to change and click, and the cell will become active. Change and resubmit.
 
Submitted and approved time sheets = Submitted and approved time sheets need to be reopened by your line manager. If s/he cannot do it, please contact salary@sipri.org to help you out.

How to register a substitute for an approver
If you are an approver and for any reason cannot approve time sheets, expense sheets, per diems and vendor invoices for a period of time, you need to appoint a person to approve instead of you.
 
Normally this should be your line manager. If that person cannot approve either, you and your line manager should agree on who should do the approving instead. Once a person is appointed to be your substitute approver, you need to inform the finance department.
Send an e-mail to salary@sipri.org – well in advance of the start date – and inform about the name of the person and for what period this person will be your substitute.

Agda is available for you until the last month you receive salary payment from SIPRI.

Reset your password:
If you forget your password, click the link Glömt lösenord, in the down right hand side corner of the log-in-square. 

Another view will appear.
To reset your password, you need to confirm your identity. Enter the image code in the empty box, then click “Send Request”.

Then you will receive an e-mail message.
In the e-mail, click the green square, Klicka här.
Then there should be another e-mail sent to you to reset the password.

If you have tried too many times to log in (more than three), the reset function will not work and you will receive a message saying “Ogiltig verifieringslänk”.
