Lost equipment? What to do

1.Contact IT immediately via a suitable channel and tell us what has happened (mail, SMS, Teams, WhatsApp et c). Choose the safest way of communication based on what has happened – use common sense. We aim to respond quickly to emergencies also on evenings and non-working days.

2.We will change your Microsoft and SIPRI account passwords, and if needed lock the phone SIM-card. Remember to reset any other passwords that may be exposed.

3.Inform your Line Manager and the Head of Operations.

4.File a police report online. If needed, IT can provide you with the computer serial number and IMEI-number for the phone.
