How to access and use Ralph
1. Connect to files.sipri.org server (username and password supplied by IT) – once you have connected to the files.sipri.org share – choose RALPH.
2. Once you have connected to RALPH, go to your Adobe. You will have to select an index initially but only as a once off measure to make RALPH searchable for you.
3. In Adobe – select advanced search options -> see the look in menu option, click on it -> choose – select an index and the Index selection menu comes up -> then click on the Add button and choose RALPH INDEX.pdx. Your RALPH is now fully searchable.
