THE D FILE – ILLEGAL
The D code has been taken away. Instead of coding a document with D, please use the sub code –ILLEGAL (for example, an illegal arms import to Syria A.SYR-ILLEGAL, or an illegal arms export from Russia B.RUS-ILLEGAL)
All documents that were RALPH and coded with D have been re-coded according to the new system.
The D codes still exist in the paper files. Paper files to be converted to RALPH are to be re-coded according to RALPH rules
